Hawaii's solar market moves faster than most. Utility programs open and close, incentive rules change, and companies come and go. Homeowners are frequently quoted numbers from a program that ended two years ago, or told a warranty is backed by a business that no longer exists.
We keep this section current so there is at least one place where the information reflects what is actually true this month. When a program closes, we say so. When something we published becomes outdated, we correct it rather than leaving it up to collect search traffic.
